Nina is based in Switzerland where she is running her own company, and she is working in the coaches’ education for Swiss Tennis. She is also a licensed Kids Tennis Specialist and an Expert for Kids and Juniors at Swiss Tennis. In the last years she has published 13 books and more than 100 articles about tennis, mental training and fitness. She has been a speaker at several national and international coaches’ conferences including the ITF World Coaches Conference.

Séverine Tamborero

Séverine Tamborero is a high-performance coach, speaker, consultant, author and TV analyst. Being involved in the tennis world for more than 30 years, she graduated from the National Institute of Coaching in Montreal and holds her Level 4 National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) and has been a TPA member since 2008.  

Séverine is a renowned international speaker and is running her Consulting firm Severine Tamborero Performance Coaching. She works with parents, athletes, coaches and federations of different sports. She worked at Tennis Canada as a traveling and National Coach and has the Director of development for U10 and U15 and High-performance clubs. She was Captain of the 2022 U14 girls World Cup Team and for the 2023 Qualifications the 2023 U14 girls' team 

Séverine led the National Wheelchair Tennis Team from 2000 to 2009, coached at three Paralympic Games (Sydney in 2000, Athens in 2004 and Beijing in 2008) and numerous World Cups with the Men’s National Team.  

Sèverine is also the author of the book “Casser le Moule” and co-author of the book “La performance à quel prix” 

Caroline Martin

Associate Professor at the M2S Laboratory of the University of Rennes

Dr. Caroline Martin is associate professor at the M2S Laboratory of the University of Rennes 2 in France. She has a PhD in Sports Sciences. She is an expert in tennis biomechanics. She has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles and books/book chapters in the field. Since 2013, she worked with more than 200 French and international high-level, wheelchair and rising players to improve serve performance and prevent injuries.   

Nicole Pratt

Nicole Pratt, a retired professional tennis player from Mackay, Queensland, achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 35 in 2002 and represented Australia in the Fed Cup and two Olympic Games. A winner of one WTA singles and nine doubles titles, Nicole retired in 2008 and transitioned to coaching. 

As Head Tennis Coach of the Australian Billy Jene Cup Team, Nicole has been instrumental in player development and advancing female participation in tennis. Leading Tennis Australia’s Females in Tennis initiative, she champions pathways for players and coaches, combining her expertise with a commitment to fostering future generations in the sport. 

Howard Green

Co-creator of Tennis SuperMovers, Head of Athletic Development at Bolton Arena Academy

Howard Green is the co-creator of Tennis SuperMovers, a fitness program guiding youth players through their 10-year journey from U8 to U18. As Head of Athletic Development at Bolton Arena Academy since 2009, Howard has trained hundreds of national and international juniors, as well as WTA and ATP professionals like Ana Ivanovic, Heather Watson, and Liam Broady. 

A former Royal Marines Commando, Howard holds a BA in Sports Coaching and certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Tennis Performance Specialist. He passionately shares his holistic athlete development methods worldwide, empowering coaches and athletes alike. 

Jamie Fernandez

PhD in Exercise and Sport Sciences and Senior Lecturer at the University of León, Spain

Dr. Jamie Fernandez holds a PhD in Exercise and Sport Sciences and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of León, Spain. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist for ATP/WTA top-100 players and a consultant for junior and professional tennis athletes. Since 2015, he has been Head of Strength and Conditioning at the International Badminton Technification Center in Oviedo, Spain. Susan Nardi

Oscar Wegner

Oscar Wegner, a pre-open-era tour player and renowned tennis coach, is the creator of Modern Tennis Methodology, a teaching system he began developing in 1968. He founded Oscar Wegner Enterprises, Inc. and Tennis Kids for Life, Inc., a non-profit organization. Additionally, he established the Modern Tennis Methodology Coaches Association, the Oscar Wegner Elite Training Program, and the Oscar Wegner Modern Tennis College. As a USPTA Professional 1—the organization's highest tested rating—Wegner has taught both publicly and privately across the United States. He became a U.S. citizen in 2005 and currently resides and coaches in Clearwater, Florida.  

Lars Wahlgren

Lars-Anders Wahlgren, born on August 24, 1966, in Lund, Sweden, is a former professional tennis player and current coach. He turned professional in 1985 and achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 66 on January 29, 1990. Wahlgren reached the final of the 1989 Australian Indoor Championships, where he was defeated by Ivan Lendl. In doubles, he attained a peak ranking of World No. 86 on July 31, 1995.  

After retiring from professional play, Wahlgren transitioned into coaching. He is a member of the Professional Tennis Coaches Association (PTCA), holding the title of Accredited Master Professional. Wahlgren continues to contribute to the tennis community through coaching and mentorship.

Chris has served as Director of Racquets at multiple private clubs across the USA gathering over 25 years’ experience in this leadership role. Palm Desert Tennis Club in California, Chatham Beach and Tennis Club in Massachusetts, The Dunes Club in Rhode Island and most recently, The Duxbury Yacht Club in Massachusetts, have all experienced Chris’ leadership of their tennis, pickleball and platform tennis programs. In 2022, Chris was the co-founder and is a partner of The Directors Club of America. A club of over 900 industry leaders networking, growing and developing together. Chris also serves as a consultant for clubs nationwide, specializing in staff development and racquets program rejuvenation, and continues to serve as a mentor to multiple professionals in the industry. Nick is an Applied Sport Biomechanist, University Lecturer and a private Coaching Science Consultant. He has supported athletes across various sports, from youth to elite levels, including highly ranked tennis players from data-driven sports analytics on the WTA and ATP circuits. Nick completed his PhD in coaching science, focusing on biomechanics and skill acquisition for tennis while also working worked as a research assistant and subject tutor with La Trobe University, collaborating with the Boston Red Sox, the New York Yankees and Australian Defence Force in similar roles. Louise Broadfoot

Louise represented Victoria, Queensland and Australia in cricket, being a member of the successful 2005 World Cup team in South Africa. She is a Cricket Australia Level 2 coach, and works with her local club under 15 girls' team. As an Australian Army Reserve officer, she deployed to Afghanistan in 2018, mentoring staff at the Afghan National Army Officer Academy in Kabul. She served in the Victoria Police and Queensland Police Service for a total of 20 years, and in 2021 left the police to join Tennis Australia as a Senior Integrity Officer. As a sports tragic, she thinks that working for Tennis Australia is one of the best jobs going around!

He has worked in Talent identification for both the LTA and A.E.L.T.C(Wimbledon) and currently works for Tennis Australia as the Coach Relationship and Education Manager for WA. Zara Cavalot is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Tennis West (Perth), passionate about amplifying voices within the culturally diverse and racially marginalised communities. Zara is committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate, excel, and feel a sense of belonging in sport. Zara brought together coach director Eddy Kong, coach and state league player Charleen Tiwari, and Edmund Rice Centre coach and youth mentor Lueth Dengdit to discuss strategies and stories on multicultural sport delivery.
